1. How long does delivery take?

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £70. Orders below this amount are subject to a standard shipping fee of £3.95. Details are available in our Shipping Policy.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from orders@mwmakeover.com with your tracking number. You can also view the status of your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.

4. What is your returns policy?

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. For full instructions, please read our Refund Policy.

5. How do I request a refund or exchange?

To request a refund or exchange, please email our support team at support@mwmakeover.com. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos and details to support@mwmakeover.com. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please email orders@mwmakeover.com immediately with your order number and the updated details. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

8. Do you ship internationally?
